Jennie Amante is a seasoned business and franchise attorney with more than 30 years of experience guiding entrepreneurs, franchisors, and small business owners through the full spectrum of their legal needs. She provides practical, results-oriented counsel at every stage of the business lifecycle — from formation through growth, compliance, and beyond.

Before founding her practice, Jennie served for over two decades as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Home Franchise Concepts, LLC, a multi-brand franchise platform where she played a central role in the company’s legal strategy and operational growth. That in-house tenure gave her an insider’s perspective on the real-world challenges businesses face — experience she brings directly to bear for every client she serves.

For franchisors, Jennie offers comprehensive support across the entire franchising process, including the development of Franchise Disclosure Documents, franchise agreements, and operations manuals, as well as the design and execution of multi-state registration strategies. For small business owners, she helps founders choose the right entity structure, draft and review contracts, form business entities, and register trademarks — and remains available as an ongoing legal resource for the day-to-day issues that inevitably arise.
